LAHORE: The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore in collaboration with Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council (PVMC) jointly organised the concluding ceremony of “2-weeks long Faculty Training Programme on Veterinary Clinical Procedures in Large & Small Animals” in City Campus Lahore.
Vice-Chancellor Meritorious Prof Dr Talat Naseer Pasha and President (PVMC) Dr Muhammad Arshad co-chaired concluding session of the training programme and distributed certificates among participants.
Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Masood Rabbani, Secretary/Registrar PVMC Dr Alamdar Hussain Malik, Dr Muhammad Zahid Tahir, Dr Kamran Jahangir and 23 participants from 12 accredited veterinary institutes from all over Pakistan attended.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Arshad advised the training participants to spread their knowledge and experiences among their students and play a vital role in the development of veterinary profession in Pakistan.
Prof Pasha emphasized that we should play our due role in making our students the best practitioners by using latest scientific techniques, technology and knowledge.
