ATLANTA: National FFA officer candidates are set to participate in the International Poultry Expo (IPE), a component of the 2024 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), thanks to the ongoing initiatives of the USPOULTRY Foundation aimed at attracting top-tier students to the poultry and egg industries, who will receive an all-expense paid trip to IPE in Atlanta, Georgia.
Renowned for their leadership excellence in FFA, these college freshmen and sophomores possess a strong passion for agriculture and food production.
As part of the USPOULTRY Foundation College Student Career Program, they are eligible to partake in interviews for industry opportunities. Through this process, they gain access to potential internships and insights from industry luminaries.
Attending IPPE offers them an immersive experience in the diverse fields of the poultry and egg industry. This includes exploring the expansive trade show floor and witnessing firsthand the cutting-edge technology utilized by modern, sustainable poultry sector.
They will also have the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge by participating in IPPE education programs throughout Expo week.
