In 1995, Dental News heralded an era of bringing news and views related to dentistry in Pakistan. Dental News, with a quest to satisfy the dentists’ inquisitiveness with timely coverage of the most revealing and breathtaking discoveries in the field of dentistry ventured and started Dental News. With unprecedented support from advertisers, effectively delivering their messages to a countrywide high profile and upscale audience of over 8000 dentists and allied professionals, Dental News continuously upgraded the quality of dental journalism in Pakistan uninterruptedly, and thus developed an extremely loyal readership over the past two decades. Dental News is the largest circulated dental periodical in the country and is mailed extensively to all the dentists, dental institutions and allied industry throughout Pakistan and all dental associations within SAARC countries.
Editorially, the company has kept up an immaculate image of being an authoritative, investigative and non-partisan dental periodical in Pakistan. Its independent stance free from the influence of vested interests, has won it wide appreciation and credibility.
Dental News ventured into exhibition and conferences in 2011 and successfully organized two events; ACDER in Karachi and IADSR in Lahore. This was followed by FIDP and then another mega Dental Event under the aegis of Pakistan Dental Association Karachi and Sindh Chapters. Since then we have been organizing different events in dentistry.
Since 2011 Dental News in collaboration with Dental Colleges in Pakistan launched World Oral Health Day with FDI, PDA and WHO onboard. It is now a regular feature and because of Dental News’ efforts the enthusiasm is increasing as through WOHD we were able to generate a lot of awareness amongst the masses. Today Dental News has a unique position in the dental fraternity and is a household name amongst the dentists in Pakistan.
