3-day Training Workshop on Research Methodology begins at UVAS

LAHORE: The Center for Educational Policy and Administration (CEPA) of the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore in collaboration with Higher Education Commission (HEC) Islamabad organised a 3-day “Faculty Training Workshop on Research Methodology”.

Vice-Chancellor Meritorious Prof Dr Talat Naseer Pasha presided over the inaugural session of the workshop and urged the faculty members to conduct problem-oriented research so that the field problems are solved. Dean Faculty of Biosciences Prof Dr Habib-ur-Rehman and Chairperson Department of Anatomy & Histology Dr Hafsa Zaneb were also present. Twenty-five faculty members from various departments of UVAS are attending the workshop.

Earlier Prof Dr Habib-ur-Rehman highlighted the objectives of the training workshop. He said the workshop will cover various aspects of research methodology, including critical thinking in research, research process, how to write a research paper, endnote use in research, plagiarism and research ethics, etc.
