ISLAMABAD: Dr Shamshad Akhtar, the Caretaker Minister for Finance, Revenue, and Economic Affairs, emphasized Pakistan’s vision to promote economic prosperity and global financial collaboration.
As per a press release issued by the Ministry of Finance, the minister recently took part in a meeting with the managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the finance ministers of the Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan, and governors of state banks of these countries in Marrakesh.
The discussions at the meeting centered on crucial global economic matters and the joint initiatives aimed at fortifying financial stability.
