MULTAN: Measures have been taken to set up a state of the art Business Facilitation Center in Multan on the Punjab government’s directions, says Industries and Investments Secretary Ehsan Bhutta.
He said during a recent visit to Multan that more than 17 departments will provide services under one roof in the facilitation centre.
The secretary inspected the proposed site for the center and took a briefing in the presence of Director Development Robina Kausar and Assistant Commissioner City Seemal Mushtaq.
Bhutta said that availability of federal and provincial departments under one roof in the centre would provide immediate relief to the businesses. He added that the center would also be connected online to various cities, including Lahore.
He said because of the centre business would be able to promptly get NOCs.
Deputy Commissioner Rizwan Qadeer said the site for the centre has been allocated at SP Chowk, while the building department has been tasked with construction work.
